With over a decade of experience and a solid manufacturing base in Ukraine, Prestil Energy designs, manufactures, and supplies high-quality downhole pump systems for challenging oilfield environments. All our products are developed in compliance with international standards including API 11AX and GOST 31835-2012, ensuring compatibility with major well architectures and surface systems. As a certified manufacturer, we offer a full spectrum of SRP components, including pumps, barrels, plungers, hold-downs, and accessories — all customizable according to the specific geological and operational conditions of each field.
The sucker rod pumps supplied to SOCAR are designed to operate under complex and demanding downhole conditions: high water cut, elevated temperatures up to 130°C, abrasive solids, paraffin buildup, and corrosive fluids. Our engineering team adapts pump designs to meet these challenges by applying specialized materials, corrosion-resistant alloys, and sand-tolerant features such as grooved or pressure-activated plungers. The result is a significant increase in run-life and a decrease in maintenance interventions — with field data confirming average operational lifespans exceeding 300 days per pump without failure.
One of the key success factors is our ability to tailor solutions to each well. Prestil’s modular approach allows operators to choose between standard SRP models and advanced solutions equipped with features like Sand Diverters, Heavy-Duty Stators, and Anti-Gas-Lock protection systems. These upgrades are especially valuable in fields producing high-viscosity oil, unconsolidated formations, or formations with high GOR (gas-oil ratio).
The current collaboration with SOCAR includes the full cycle: engineering support, supply of certified pumps, logistics to Azerbaijan, and post-installation field monitoring.
